Payment breakdown

  1. Upon confirming the time slot/date for the lesson (Before the lesson commence) – a $280 partial payment of the full amount
  2. Upon finishing the first lesson, a balance payment of $160 cash to the instructor
  3. Additional charges per lesson for the rental of the vehicle at $45, MPV or SUV vehicle at $10, and weekend and peak hour charge of $10, to be made in cash after every lesson to the instructor, if any.
  4. For additional lessons, payment is to be made in full before the lesson commences, if any.

  2. Additional lessons at $170 are to be made after the 1st lesson to the instructor if any.
  3. Additional charges per lesson for the rental of the vehicle at $45, MPV or SUV vehicle at $10, and weekend and peak hour charge of $10, to be made in cash after every lesson to the instructor, if any.

Terms and Conditions

  • At Soon Tien Driving School, we uphold clear and fair terms and conditions to ensure a transparent learning process for all our students.
  • For the use of the driving center's auto sedan car, there is an additional $45 rental fee per lesson.
  • Lessons scheduled on weekends, public holidays, and evenings (from 4 pm onwards) incur an extra $10 charge per session.
  • Using SUV and MPV vehicles during lessons requires an additional $10 fee.
  • All lesson packages must be completed within 6 months from the initial sign-up date.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling of lessons must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance at no charge.
  • Cancellation requests must be confirmed by phone call or SMS from our planners.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will result in the full lesson fee being charged.
  • No refunds are provided for unfinished packages or withdrawals before completion.
  • Outstanding fees must be settled before rescheduling lesson times.
  • Students are required to be punctual for their scheduled lessons.
  • Passengers are not permitted in the rear seats during driving lessons.
  • Lessons starting from Sentosa Island incur an additional $10 charge per session.
  • Each student is assigned one instructor per package; multiple instructors are not allowed.
  • Soon Tien Driving School is not responsible for any claims, liabilities, expenses, injuries, losses, theft, or damages to students' vehicles or personal injuries during or after lessons.
