Our processing of PII is primarily based on our contractual obligations with you, whether the contract is active or terminated. We aim to fulfill our side of active contracts and maintain communication regarding inactive contracts. Therefore, some information must be retained as per accounting laws, some to maintain our services to you, and much is based on our mutual interest in enhancing service quality across all areas, a balancing of interests.
